  1. Drive: Successful entrepreneurs have hardworking and have the drive. They hold themselves accountable for their success or failure. They are able to work independently and do not require anyone to manage them. Successful entrepreneurs are self-motivated. Successful entrepreneurs are determined from the beginning – even before they start.
  2. Thinking Ability: Successful entrepreneurs are creative thinkers – they are willing to think outside the box and create new ways to solving a problem. They do believe that there are different way to explore a situation or solve are problem so they are constantly evolving new ways of doing things. Successful entrepreneurs are analytical and always come up with original ideas.
  3. Human Relations: Successful entrepreneurs are excellent at managing people. They can deal with conflict effectively – in the office and among their workers.  They also have excellent selling and negotiation skills. Successful entrepreneur are able to inspire and motivate their team members.  Entrepreneurs are very confident are able to manage stress because they understand that with big challenges comes big reward. 
  4. Communication Skills:  Entrepreneurs that are successful can communicate clearly with people. They also have the ability to articulate the vision, goals and expectations.
  5. Technical Ability: Successful entrepreneur have technical know-how. They understand their products and services and how it is affected by changing systems. They understand the market and their target audience. Entrepreneurs also understand the long and short term implications of whatever decisions they take.
